Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Versapay, you will play a pivotal role in managing long-term customer relationships and ensuring the successful adoption of our accounts receivable solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management roles
  • Experience in managing high ARR customers in Fintech
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
  • Knowledge of account management best practices
  • Ability to create high-impact presentations
