In Short

  • Drive adoption of our SaaS platform among venture capital funds and financial institutions.
  • Own business outcomes influencing churn, renewals, and Net Revenue Retention.
  • Build relationships with Managing Partners and Analysts globally.
  • Translate product features into measurable value for investors.
  • Manage a portfolio of global VC/PE and financial institution clients.
  • Lead onboarding to ensure customers achieve their business goals.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health and intervene proactively.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Contribute to scalable programs to educate and engage clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer success role with technical and commercial skills.
  • Strong English communication and writing skills.
  • Understanding of the SaaS Business Model.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to feedback.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
