Overview

The Customer Success Manager is the Kiddom team's backbone, helping teachers maximize their experience on the Kiddom platform.

In Short

  • Build and manage relationships with customers.
  • Conduct onboarding and training for teachers.
  • Monitor ongoing platform use and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive product usage and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in onsite visits to support district initiatives.
  • 30% travel required.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with High quality instruction materials (HQIM).
  • Experience with SAAS software products.
  • Field experience in education or ed-tech.
  • Strong empathy for educators.
  • Passion for improving education equitably.
