As a Customer Success Manager at Oomnitza, you will help technology teams leverage our Enterprise Technology Management platform, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

  • Develop Customer Success Plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Share best practices and guide customers on industry trends.
  • Deliver ongoing product education and enablement sessions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and advocate internally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a customer success role, ideally in SaaS.
  • Ability to translate business needs into data and product requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in an agile environment.
  • Basic understanding of APIs/Web Services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of complex technology user workflows.
  • Knowledge of HTTP Error Messages and basic triage ability.
  • Strong skills in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Google Suite, and Excel.
