Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in customer experience and delivery.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management and CRM tools.
• Experience in SaaS or technology-based services is a plus.
