Overview

Oomnitza is seeking an experienced and driven UX Designer to enhance our SaaS platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience while working in a dynamic team environment.

• Define and execute the UX Strategy for our SaaS platform.
• Lead the end-to-end design process including discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX design, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Degree in Interactive Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Experience mentoring teams and shaping design culture.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
