COMPLY is seeking a polished and experienced compliance professional to join our Regulatory Services team as SVP, Regulatory Services. This role involves team leadership, strategic planning, client communication, and business development, focusing on driving results and maintaining high-quality standards.

In Short

• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of consulting teams.
• Manage and lead Vice Presidents, Senior Directors, and Directors.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics for team performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align service offerings.
• Create process frameworks and establish best practices.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients and manage escalations.
• Review client engagement revenue and expenses with Finance.
• Generate services sales leads in coordination with the Sales team.
• Serve as a thought leader on regulatory matters at industry events.
• Author regulatory compliance articles and thought leadership artifacts.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in FinTech, RegTech, or compliance consultancy.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks in financial services.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record in a high-growth PE-backed company preferred.
