Overview

The sales representative will focus on acquiring new customers and nurturing inbound leads. They are responsible for generating both new and recurring revenue, while managing customer satisfaction. This role is both strategic and dynamic as it involves managing the curriculum materials pilot and purchase seasons with new customer inquiries and product delivery and implementation.

In Short

  • Execute all aspects of the sales process from lead nurturing to close.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
  • Work with the marketing team to analyze lead quality and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on materials quotes and adoption proposals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for existing school district customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage long-term customer success.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns.
  • Manage annual customer orders across suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to confirm orders and track shipments.
  • Manage order logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Proven experience in sales and customer success management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Experience in education or related fields is a plus.
