Overview

The Customer Success Service Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing proactive service, support, and strategic guidance.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of escalation contact for a portfolio of key clients.
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition from sales.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues.
  • Address and resolve client concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Analyze customer usage data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with Product and Support teams to relay customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop customer success stories.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience in SaaS or technology industry preferred.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
