Overview

The Human Resources Generalist guides all aspects of HR delivery to positively impact business unit performance and administers the functions of the employment lifecycle.

• Administer employment lifecycle functions such as sourcing, staffing, and onboarding.
• Manage recruitment processes and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of HR experience with generalist responsibilities.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, and employee investigations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
• Ability to support employees at all levels.
• Experience in high production environments preferred.
• Adaptability in fast-changing environments.
• Comfortable building relationships across diverse teams.
