Overview

The Key Account Manager will support strategic customers in the Security, Military, and Environmental markets, focusing on customer acquisition, technical support, and account management.

  • Acquire new customers through cold calling.
  • Provide technical support in Analytical Instrumentation.
  • Coordinate and develop strategic accounts.
  • Manage various marketing activities.
  • Active account management and development.
  • Forecasting and recordkeeping on CRM.
  • Assist in annual sales budget preparation.
  • Provide monthly reports to management.
  • Collaborate on dedicated sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Completed technical or chemical studies or comparable education.
  • Minimum three years of sales experience in a similar environment.
  • Success-oriented with a quick learning mentality.
  • Knowledge in Analytical Instrumentation preferred.
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting.
  • High curiosity and independent working style.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe and the UK.
  • Excellent English skills; German mandatory.
  • Other European language skills are advantageous.
