Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute innovative sales strategies for the region, working closely with the dealer network and key stakeholders to drive volume growth and ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Embed cost management and customer satisfaction in operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills for market data analysis.
  • Ability to work with dealer networks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Ability to manage KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and out of the box.
  • Experience in fleet sales is advantageous.
