Overview

The objective of our Remarketing Sales Manager position is to enhance the value of unsold or returned vehicles by applying effective resale strategies, refining marketing initiatives, and overseeing the complete lifecycle of the vehicle resale process. This approach guarantees the achievement of both financial targets and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Assessing and managing a fleet of unsold vehicles or those coming off lease.
  • Conducting vehicle inspections to determine their condition, and ensuring proper pricing for resale.
  • Identifying and developing sales channels for remarketing.
  • Working with dealerships and auction houses to sell vehicles quickly.
  • Developing marketing campaigns to attract buyers.
  • Using targeted advertising to increase visibility and sales.
  • Engaging with buyers to build relationships and negotiate deals.
  • Analyzing market trends to optimize remarketing strategies.
  • Preparing reports on inventory turnover and sales performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading Approved Used Vehicle Programmes.
  • Strong product knowledge in the 4x4 market.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Residual Value and TCO Models.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and control diverse projects.
  • Fluency in English plus one additional major European language.
