Overview

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at impact.com, you will provide world-class customer support and assist clients in using the platform to manage their Partnerships Channel.

In Short

  • Support during US Pacific hours, 5 pm to 2 am SAST (PDT)/ 4 pm to 1 am SAST (PST).
  • Be the first point of contact for client issues.
  • Engage with users via in-app chat and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot user and platform issues.
  • Manage support cases effectively.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Drive operational efficiencies.
  • Continuously learn about the platform and client needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Front End web development and Technical Customer Support.
  • Proven technical troubleshooting skills.
  • University Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics.
  • Experience in SaaS customer support.
  • Understanding of the Affiliate Market EcoSystem.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data for insights.
  • Familiarity with API, FTP, SQL, Javascript, and HTML.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated.
