The Customer Success Solutions Specialist at TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support tailored to key Agribusiness clients.   • Serve as a virtual customer-facing point of contact for clients.

Requirements

  • College degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or Communication.
  • Experience in customer service with high volume interactions.
  • Agriculture experience is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and urgency in addressing inquiries.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Adept at navigating multiple web-based systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
  • Proficient with Google Suite and Salesforce.
