Requirements

• 15+ years in AI, digital transformation, or enterprise data leadership.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional AI teams.
• Background in management consulting with expertise in AI adoption.
• Proven ability to develop AI governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, ERP, HR/Legal applications, and Data Lake solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and automation frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms.
• Ability to influence executive-level decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI ethics and regulatory compliance.
