Senior Director, Enterprise Platforms - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director, Enterprise Platforms role entails lead responsibility for aligning strategic product development with customer needs and ensuring collaboration between product, client implementation, sales and customer success teams.

In Short

• Drive the definition and delivery of new OneRail Platform features.
• Rationalize and integrate new technology assets and personnel from M&A transactions.
• Represent the OneRail Product Organization in client and prospect meetings.
• Be the lead Product liaison to Engineering team.
• Negotiate committed timelines for delivery of functionality.
• Ensure quality deliverables by mandating test case design and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS companies.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale SaaS, mobile, transaction and reporting systems.
• Relentless attention to detail and client communication.
• Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, or last-mile delivery solutions preferred.
• Background in Enterprise B2B product, customer success and/or implementation leadership is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
