Overview

The Strategic Talent Programs Director is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, recommending, and operationalizing OneRail’s most critical talent strategies. This role carries director-level ownership and visibility but does not include a team of direct reports. Instead, the Director personally drives execution across Talent Acquisition support, organizational design, leadership enablement, and performance systems, while collaborating closely with and reporting to the VP, People Operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition or Strategic People Operations.
• Experience as a hands-on individual contributor at a senior level.
• Proven ability to build and execute talent programs independently.
• Expertise in recruiting senior or niche roles.
• Strong data analysis skills in workforce modeling.
• Experience administering performance systems.
• Exceptional communication and executive management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Orlando; ~20% travel may be required.
