Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Expertise in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with observability tools for performance monitoring.
