The Program Director, Strategic Accounts is a senior customer leader responsible for driving end-to-end deployments and value realization across Cresta’s largest and most strategic enterprise customers (> $5M ARR).

Requirements

  • 12+ years in enterprise customer delivery or program management roles.
  • Proven success leading large-scale software deployments for Fortune 500 customers.
  • 3+ years managing or mentoring implementation teams.
  • Deep expertise in executive engagement and change management.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • Strong financial acumen connecting technical outcomes to business value.
  • Adept at building long-term relationships across organizations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for key customer milestones.
