In Short

  • Establish a working knowledge of Florence's SiteLink solution.
  • Proven track record of sales excellence and high performance.
  • Achieve annual bookings target by maintaining a 3X pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Prospect and secure meetings with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Establish relationships with executives across various departments.
  • Motivate operational change through ROI models and case studies.
  • Maintain accurate meeting notes and pipeline forecasts.
  • Design strategies to drive growth of new accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for flawless delivery.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years sales experience.
  • Experience selling to global large pharma and CRO strategic accounts.
  • Experience selling software with a web-based demo approach.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles.
