We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Engineering Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic development team, providing technical support for our Node.js and MongoDB-based applications.

In Short

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical support or software engineering.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud environments.
  • Experience with JIRA for ticket management.
  • Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
