Overview

The Platform Professional Services Consultant at CrowdStrike is responsible for supporting customers with the implementation and operational support of the CrowdStrike platform, ensuring effective deployment and configuration.

• Provide dedicated support to customers for CrowdStrike platform.
• Work collaboratively with customer security and IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with endpoint security applications.
• 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to convey technical concepts to various audiences.
• Solid analytical/problem-solving skills.
• High level of motivation and self-starter attitude.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
• Bonus: Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
