As a Canada Small Business Sales Manager, you will be among our pioneering leaders in Canada, building what has not been built before, executing in uncharted territories while leveraging best practices from other segments that have had proven success.

In Short

  • Lead and coach a team of 6-8 Account Executives.
  • Manage the entire end-to-end consultative sales process.
  • Drive a pipeline of 75% self-sourced leads.
  • Coach reps to create 2 deals a day and close 6-14 transactions a month.
  • Be data-driven in your approach to sales.
  • Understand and adapt to changing KPIs.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and improvement.
  • Build a team in the Canadian market.
  • Utilize CRM for managing sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leading a quota-carrying sales team.
  • 3+ years of software sales experience.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian tech market.
  • Experience in building a new team.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of overachievement.
  • Ability to drive results amid ambiguity.
  • Experience leading in a virtual team environment.
