In Short

  • Support multi-tier serviced accounts.
  • Independently manage client relationships.
  • Act as primary client contact for day-to-day service.
  • Develop and implement competitive insurance programs.
  • Manage onboarding of new clients.
  • Prepare and review client communications.
  • Collaborate with producers, clients, and underwriters.
  • Maintain current files and prepare policy renewals.
  • Perform contract reviews and database management.
  • Provide training to Account Coordinators.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of brokerage experience.
  • Property and Casualty insurance experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to solve problems and offer solutions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to train and provide oversight.
  • Intermediate project planning skills.
