Overview

The Sales Director DACH will be responsible for driving sales of cloud messaging and collaboration solutions in the DACH region, focusing on enterprise and public sector clients.

In Short

  • Strategic development of customer relationships in the DACH market.
  • Management of direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Acquisition of reseller partners in the DACH region.
  • Overall responsibility for the sales cycle from lead to closure.
  • Presentations at CxO level and technical coordination with sales engineering.
  • Contributions to GTM strategy, forecasting, and CRM pipeline management.
  • Support for marketing activities such as trade shows and case studies.
  • Close collaboration with VP Sales Europe and international product management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales of Cloud/SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in channel sales and partner management.
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on new business and growth.
  • Excellent communication skills at the decision-maker level (CxO) and technical understanding.
  • Ideally knowledge in messaging, mobile communication, and secure collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, self-motivation, and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in German and English (negotiation level).
