Overview

The Head of Sales for EMEA will own the success of our sales organization across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on building and leading a high-performing team to drive growth of our SaaS-based observability platform.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • 5+ years in a sales leadership role.
  • Experience in building motivated sales teams.
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS sales and technical solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Strong forecasting and operational rigor.
  • Collaborative and motivational leadership style.
  • Experience with usage-based licensing models.
  • Mastery of sales methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on market trends.
