Honeycomb is the observability platform for teams who manage software that matters, and we are looking for a Director of Partner Management to drive our global partner strategy and execution.

In Short

• Lead the partnership and ecosystem team at Honeycomb
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
• Identify and onboard key strategic partners
• Own partner program metrics and revenue-generating opportunities
• Develop joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns
• Manage a team of partner managers
• Contribute to the lifecycle of partnership deals
• Deep understanding of SaaS and cloud ecosystems
• Drive measurable revenue impact through partnerships

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partner management or business development
• Experience in the SaaS or cloud technology sector
• Understanding of hyperscalers and their ecosystems
• Proven success in co-selling and co-marketing initiatives
• Ability to build relationships across various organizational levels
• Experience in the Observability, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure space
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute partner programs
• Experience with measurable outcomes in partner initiatives
• Leadership experience in managing teams
