Overview

The Technical Customer Success Manager at Honeycomb will own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of accounts, driving value and outcomes while developing customer lifecycle events and representing customer needs internally.

  • Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of accounts.

  • Develop, automate, and scale customer lifecycle events.
  • Create high-quality reusable content including trainings and demos.
  • Represent the customer in internal meetings with Engineering and Product Management.
  • Partner with the team to grow brand and business in the region.
  • Stay updated on Honeycomb technologies and product offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the SaaS or Enterprise software industry.
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Sales.
  • Must be in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations.
  • Deep process orientation and willingness to document new processes.
  • Love of data analytics systems.
  • Working knowledge of the Enterprise software subscription lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of SQL and BI reporting tools.
  • Nice to have: Experience in the SaaS Monitoring space.
