Overview

As a Technical Customer Success Manager at Planera, you will be the strategic partner for our customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform through a deep understanding of construction project management workflows.

In Short

  • Lead hands-on onboarding sessions for customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on construction scheduling best practices.
  • Support and manage customer pilots and proof-of-concepts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for product feedback.
  • Assist customers with technical issues.
  • Analyze customer usage data for improvement opportunities.
  • Travel up to 25% for customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in construction project management roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of CPM scheduling and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with CPM scheduling tools.
  • Experience managing customer pilots and POCs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
