Overview

The Technical Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success and retention of a large number of customers by building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing technical support.

Requirements

  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to manage multiple customers effectively.

  • Ability to work autonomously and make impactful decisions.
