In Short

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership.

  • Build and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Maintain close contact with customers to identify their needs and opportunities for product development.
  • Participate in the development of products and services that address market demands.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Shape an organizational culture based on values, work ethics, and commitment.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record:
    • At least 3 years of leadership experience in startups.
    • At least 2 years of experience in selling data and/or insights.
    • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • An experience in the media market (nice to have).
  • Strong understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and business development strategies.
  • Passion for scaling businesses, innovation, and working in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and business processes.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
