Head of Sales - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Head of Sales for the scaffolders customer group to lead our sales functions across Europe.

In Short

• Develop and execute sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Support local teams in achieving their sales targets and improving margins.
• Streamline offer and order processes within Doka country organizations.
• Promote effective use of management tools to track performance.
• Organize training programs for Country Sales teams.
• Oversee management of list prices and pricing strategies.

• Partner with marketing to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, and/or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in Sales Management in international markets.
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and KPI-driven performance management.
• Experience in talent management and team development.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
