Business Development Lead - Remote

Overview

Menlo is looking for an energetic Business Development Lead to join us during our rapid growth stages. You will have a front row seat in a fast moving AI startup with diverse business lines, working with smart and energetic engineers and researchers working to reshape the future.

In Short

• Accelerate PMF (Product-Market Fit) and drive adoption across multiple products
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch new products
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business development decisions
• Data, data, data

Requirements

• Energy & curiosity
• 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field (e.g., sales, marketing)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
• Bonus: MBA, Computer Science, or a related field
