Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team at HitPay, responsible for managing inbound and self-serve leads from the Singapore market and driving product activation.

In Short

  • Manage inbound demo requests and self-serve signups
  • Identify and reach out to target accounts
  • Own the deal cycle from follow-ups to onboarding
  • Respond to leads via live chat, email, and demo requests
  • Guide SMBs through HitPay’s features and onboarding
  • Support self-serve signups by removing usage friction
  • Surface insights on user pain points to the market team
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on sales materials
  • Track activities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot)

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in inbound sales or customer onboarding
  • Strong communication and consultative skills
  • Familiarity with the Singapore business landscape
  • Comfortable working with KPIs
  • Bonus: Experience in payments or commerce
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
