Compliance Onboarding Analyst - Remote

Overview

HitPay is a leading full-stack payments infrastructure platform designed to empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across APAC. We are expanding our operations in Indonesia and are looking for a Compliance Onboarding Analyst to support merchant onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance risk management processes.

In Short

• Conduct KYC and KYB verification for new merchants.
• Perform risk assessments and compliance checks.
• Identify and escalate potential fraud risks.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate compliance records for audits.
• Monitor merchant transaction patterns for anomalies.
• Work closely with internal teams to streamline workflows.
• Improve compliance frameworks and risk monitoring tools.
• Stay updated on new compliance regulations.
• Educate internal teams and merchants on compliance best practices.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in merchant onboarding or compliance.
• Strong understanding of AML, CFT, and fraud prevention.
• Familiarity with Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations.
• Experience using compliance tools for screenings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in a fast-paced fintech or startup environment is a plus.
