In Short

  • Drive business development initiatives across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Work closely with Sales to generate new opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Executives to engage high-potential accounts.
  • Develop tailored strategies for strategic accounts.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with homebuilders and industry brands.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for partner marketing assets.
  • Establish KPIs for partnerships and business development.
  • Report on engagement effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Deep experience in the homebuilding industry.
  • Robust network of contacts in the homebuilding space.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on effectiveness.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills across functions.
  • Results-driven with a focus on long-term value.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
