The Head of Business Development role is a key position in the Marketing and Business Development team, focusing on driving direct sales outbound strategy and managing the Global Enterprise Business Development team.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of management experience in a BDR team setting.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Understanding of the Public Cloud ecosystem.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Disciplined approach to planning and goal setting.
  • Critical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong command of sales operations and processes.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • Experience with management of variable pay commissions.
