DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

The DevOps Engineer will be an integral part of the Engineering teams in EMEA, working remotely as a full-time employee in various countries and open to contractors in East Europe and Portugal.

In Short

• Design, operate, and maintain highly available production K8s clusters.
• Respond to incidents and drive long-term fixes for production reliability.
• Design and evolve production-grade CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to infrastructure code and perform code reviews.
• Automate manual tasks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with backend, SRE, and security teams.
• Propose and lead infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps/Infrastructure experience.
• 4+ years of Kubernetes and container experience.
• 4+ years managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with incident response and postmortems.
• Solid programming skills in Go and/or Python.
• Proficient with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong communication skills in English.
