1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. In Short

• Help Headway bring on new partners to connect patients with our behavioral health network.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Strategy, Product, Operations).
• Manage sales funnel from initial prospect through launch.
• Build and grow relationships with care partners’ teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to inform product and operations strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in Customer Success or Strategic roles.
• Deep exposure to health system or provider group models and economics.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive towards outcomes.
• Operational excellence in managing multiple high-impact customers.
