Overview

As a Payer Partnerships Lead at Headway, you will support our continued growth with strategic partners in 2025 and beyond, working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure success in our health plan partnerships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in Customer Success or Business Development.
  • Deep exposure to payer business models and economics.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive strategy.
  • Data-driven with analytical skills.
  • Operational excellence in managing multiple high-impact customers.
  • Motivated by improving access to mental healthcare.
