In Short

  • Lead and execute critical cyclical people programs including performance review cycles and employee engagement surveys.
  • Design programs to support growth and engagement such as Talent Development and Employee Events.
  • Partner with various teams to launch and refine people programs.
  • Scope programs focused on simplicity and efficiency.
  • Facilitate meetings and drive alignment on programs.
  • Communicate program details effectively to employees.
  • Evaluate program success using data collection methods.
  • Continuously improve programs based on feedback.
  • Develop resources for stakeholders across the People team.
  • Assess and implement new tools and platforms.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in People/HR, with 2+ years focused on People Programs.
  • Knowledgeable on best practices in Employee Lifecycle and People Management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a high-paced environment.
  • Skilled in tailoring communication for various audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate and build trust across the organization.
