Overview

We’re looking for a Manager, People Programs to design, manage, and continuously improve the programs that shape the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to performance management, offboarding, and beyond. In this role, you’ll blend program management, process optimization, and change enablement to deliver scalable, employee-centered solutions.

In Short

  • Lead the design, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of People programs.
  • Streamline and standardize People processes for clarity, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Measure success and ROI of programs, tracking key metrics and reporting progress.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders across the company to foster alignment.
  • Build communications strategies to launch and embed new programs and processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven program/project management experience in HR.
  • Strong project/program management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of core HR processes.
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
