Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in Statistics or related quantitative field.
• 3–6 years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experimentation techniques.
• Familiarity with ranking and recommendation systems.
• Ability to handle ambiguous research questions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for improving mental health care access.
