The Staff Data Scientist will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI systems, leveraging Large Language Models, Generative AI, and custom AI/ML solutions. Candidates will operate in a cloud-native environment, managing data acquisition, processing, model development, and deployment while ensuring best practices for quality, scalability, and reliability. Accountabilities

The Staff Data Scientist will:

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions, including LLMs and specialized AI models.
• Lead model research, data analysis, and evaluation to recommend optimal AI/ML solutions.
• Provide technical guidance across multiple initiatives and support prioritization of critical projects.
• Contribute to end-to-end AI workflows, including data acquisition, validation, feature engineering, model training, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and data analysis to ensure high-quality, reliable AI services.
• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, accuracy, and reliability standards through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance AI systems and infrastructure.
