Overview

We are seeking a strong North American Partnerships Lead to grow and conduct enablement for our network of partners. You will report to the VP of Sales & Success. Your primary responsibility will be to generate partner-qualified leads (QPLs).

In Short

  • Discover strategic partnerships in the remote work space.
  • Manage relationships to hit quarterly qualified partner lead (QPL) targets.
  • Enable partners by creating materials and conducting sessions.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product & Engineering, and Operations to generate leads.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a partnership or business development role.
  • Comfortable oscillating between strategy and execution.
  • Experience in a high-velocity, earlier-stage business.
  • Team-oriented approach to drive growth and results.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute new ideas efficiently.
  • Motivated by competitive market challenges.
  • Efficiency in recognizing and eliminating wasted time.
  • Comfortable in a remote work environment.
