Overview

The Team Lead for Partnerships will lead and manage a high-performing team responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding Deel’s strategic partnerships. You will oversee the partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

In Short

  • Lead and manage a team of partnership managers to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with Deel’s business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Identify and onboard new high-value partners.
  • Support the development of partner enablement programs.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Deel’s product offerings.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the team.
  • Ensure timely resolution of partner issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships or sales, with leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of partnership dynamics.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and partnership management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
