Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
• Knowledge of best practices in People Management and Instructional Design.
• Ability to create effective training materials and sessions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strategic thinker with tactical execution abilities.
• Skilled in communication and influencing decision-makers.
• Ability to build credibility across all levels of the company.
