Overview

The Assistant Director, Strategic Alliances will oversee the development, execution, and evaluation of high-impact collaborations within the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, focusing on advancing research and innovation in metabolic diseases.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for CRO and industry partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in biopharma/biotech industry is preferred.
• Advanced degree (MA or PhD) is a plus.
• Strong project management and business development skills.
• Wet lab experience in biologics or immunology is highly valued.
• Understanding of intellectual property in drug development.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record in strategic thinking and execution.
