Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

Halcyon is the industry’s first dedicated, adaptive security platform that combines multiple proprietary advanced prevention engines along with AI models focused specifically on stopping ransomware. The Solutions Architect role will demonstrate the value of Halcyon’s cyber resilience solution to customers by advising, educating, and redefining the next generation of cybersecurity and recovery.

• Demonstrate the value of Halcyon’s solution to customers.
• Advise and educate customers and channel partners.
• Assist account and channel management to drive revenue.
• Partner with customer success and threat intelligence liaisons.
• Align customer requests for features with product management.
• Facilitate discussions and coordinate technical demonstrations.
• Maintain advisory relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support marketing to build brand awareness.
• Pursue personal development in technical capabilities.
• Travel up to 40% for customer engagements.

Requirements

• 8+ years in an information security engineering role (Senior Solutions Architect).
• 5+ years in a similar role (Solutions Architect).
• Experience in modern security platforms.
• Knowledge of Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, Threat Intelligence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with API’s, scripting, and data exchange formats.
• Business development experience in a consulting environment.
• B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
